On large scale projects we have experience as a principal contractor working under CDM regulations, preparing construction phase, health and safety plans and documentation.   Planning Consultation and Negotiation We have developed and maintain good working relationships with local authorities and other agencies and have a comprehensive understanding of the advertising planning regulations. Using this expertise we are able to provide you with sign schemes that satisfy the requirements of both you and the planning authority.   Installation In accordance with Health and Safety requirements, a risk assessment, method statement and COSHH assessment are completed for every project. Engineers working on projects are experienced, skilled and certified in the use of all relevant machinery and equipment.   Planned Sign Maintenance Programmes We are able to provide a full maintenance service for any type of sign scheme, to ensure that all signs under your management are kept up to date, content is managed, training and technical support is provided and they remain a credit both to you and your company.   Bespoke DDA Sign Schemes With the implementation of the Disabilities Discrimination Act, we have formed strong working relationships with Access Consultants, enabling us to provide flexible sign solutions that meet a wide and diverse range of human needs.
